Christmas 08

Hello everyone! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. It was very exciting here being Katherine's first Christmas, although most of the excitement was with the grown ups, admittedly. Here are some photos from the season. Being bad parents, we didn't take that many, but we did get a video of the morning after Santa's big visit!

Katherine has been getting lots of tummy time and is holding her head up high! This toy gives her much joy and much frustration at the same time. But it's great for encouraging her to lift her head!! Soon enough she'll be crawling!

Opening presents at Grandma and Pop-pop D's on Christmas Eve! It was a bit exhausting after getting a flat tire off of I-195 on the way there. One hour and AAA later, we finally get to enjoy the festivities! Driving home on the donut - that was a whole other kind of exciting!

Pop-pop was very happy to get the Christmas Story leg lamp from Uncle Ron and Aunt Beth. Grandma, on the other hand, was not so overjoyed.

The Cochran household on Christmas was filled with music and song. Grammy and Pop-pop C's new Wii came in very handy and Uncle Jim got to live out his dream of being a rock star. Mommy was Queen, however, when she scored a 100% singing "Hey there, Delilah" for American Idol. Ha!!

Riley didn't do too bad, though....

Katherine found the merriment to be a bit strange, but was enthralled with Uncle Jim and Amy singing a song from "High School Musical." Amy, on the other hand, thought Uncle Jim was strange.
This is my family, Mom???

Katherine decided to be her own Rock Star!

Wearing cousin Riley's bunny slippers!

Overall it was a very exciting, but very exhausting Christmas!!
