Merry Christmas to all!

Christmas was super fun this year! Katherine got to spend lots of time with her grandparents and cousins and aunts and uncles and got lots and lots of presents from everyone including Santa!! Although no telling him what she wants this year. No screaming Santa pics for us, thanks! Here's a recap of the festivites...

Getting ready to go to Grandma and Pop-pop Delaney's for Christmas Eve. Don't I look like a big present all wrapped up??

Although actual ribbon is so much more fun! There was TONS of it at Grandma and Pop-pop's from all the presents!

We would have said she's the next Tiger Woods, but, well, maybe not him....

Katherine got a TON of books! Good thing, too, because she loves to read and Mommy and Daddy are getting tired of the same ones over and over and over.

He's family. There's not much we can do about it.

Katherine got a "grow with me" kitchen that is by far her FAVORITE toy from Christmas! She hasn't stopped blending, mixing and baking since she came downstairs Christmas morning!

Grammy and Pop-pop gave me lots of neat stuff too! Like this Sesame Street Pop-up toy. I LOVE Elmo!!!

The sibling gifts were a big hit again this year. Uncle Jim got an electronic whoopie cushion. He's been gassy ever since.

Daddy got a singing deer head. You can guess his reaction. Oh deer!

Aunt Hilary got a Phillies Garden Gnome. Phantastic!

Riley got a princess tent that Katherine decided to take over as the day went on.

I'm not sure how Riley felt about it, but Katherine LOVED hanging with her cousin in the tent!

The next day she had lunch on her new plate from Grammy with the new spoon and fork Santa gave her. Super fun!

Hope everyone had as fun and blessed a holiday as we did! Special thanks to Uncle Jim for a very cool first annual "White Christmas" trivia challenge, which Mommy won after the movie marathon beefed up her skills on Christmas Eve day.

Between the Holidays...

Before the big day, I thought I'd share some photos of the fall with everyone.

Before the weather turned cold, we got some good outside playing time in.




Katherine was obsessed with Mommy's glasses and was determined to get them!


So eventually she just got her own!

Please can we go outside??? (btw, thanks for the super cute denim outfit from Uncle Tom and Aunt Barbara Westley! It finally fits!)

We went to Grammy and Pop-pop Cochran's house the weekend before Turkey Day to celebrate Nick and Pop-pop's birthdays. This is Katherine saying to Pop-pop "You're HOW old? 29? I thought Grammy was 29! That's what she tells everyone!"

For Thanksgiving we went to Grandma and Pop-pop Delaney's house and they exhausted themselves chasing Katherine all around the house. Ranchers are SO much fun!!

Katherine spent much of the day topless since she spilled water all over herself in the car.

Finally we just went with pjs. Appropriate dinner attire, we think!

Dinner was DELICIOUS!

It was super fun playing peek-a-boo with Uncle Ron and Grandma!

Happy Mall-o-ween!

Mall-o-ween was October 24 at the mall where Katherine got to trick or treat for the first time on her own! Below are some of the moments of the day.

We celebrated Mall-o-ween with Uncle Ron, Grammy and Pop-pop C. Daddy was behind the camera, of course. At first, all I wanted to do was sit down. An entire open mall to run around in and I just wanted to sit down. Too many people!

Then I got the hang of it. I was Mickey's girlfriend, of course, Minnie Mouse!

You mean I can just take one?

This is a big mall! I'll just have a little rest, thanks!

We included this shot of when I walked into the Body Shop because Daddy got yelled at by the mean store lady for taking a picture of the merchandise. "We don't allow photos," she told him. Must be important stuff so we posted it.
